The most amazing concert I have ever attended
Last night's show at the Bradley Center was, in 25 years of concert-going, far and away the best of all. Three solid hours of non-stop energy, enthusiasm, and incredible musicianship, with some variety; rock, folk, singer-songwriter, etc. The pure awesomeness of hearing Born to Run in it's entirety, cute touches like "Santa Claus is Coming to Town," and a good variety of less well-known tunes, some suggested by the audience. While I don't attend a huge number of concerts every year because I live far from most venues, I do try to get to a few. I drove 9 hrs. round trip to see this concert, got back at 4:30 this morning, went to work, and am still on an adrenaline rush from it. To the extent that School Of Rock - The Musical had to talk the band through the beginning of "Living Proof" since it had been so long since they'd played it, for as long as I have working brain cells I will relive last night in my memory.
